Ingredients:

12 fl oz bottle of beer (Mexican light lager)

2 tbsp.
1 fl oz
Reposado or Anejo tequila
12 fl oz
Soy sauce
1 fl oz
Lime juice
4 tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce
1 fl oz
Angostura bitters
1 fl oz
Cholula hot sauce
1 tbsp.
Habanero hot sauce
½ tbsp
Tomato juice
3 cups
Cajun seasoning
½ tbsp.
Ground black pepper
1 tbsp.

Directions:
  1. Fill six - 10 oz glasses with large ice cubes.
  2. Split the beer evenly between each glass, about ¼ cup per each glass.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients in a blender and then pour into each glass.
  4. Garnish with your favorite Bloody Maria garnishes and more Tres Hermanas Spirited Tequila Jalapeños.

Chef's Tips:
  • Garnish with Spanish chorizo, pickled Jalapeños, scallions, celery hearts and more black pepper.
  • Add 1 tsp. of crumbled Cotija cheese to each drink if you want a richer texture.
