Quick & Easy Nachos

Tortilla chips

1 ½ cups
Colby jack blend cheese, shredded
1 cup
1 pouch
Lettuce
1 cup
Sour cream
6 tbsp.
½ cup
½ cup

Directions:
  1. Preheat broiler to high. On a cookie sheet, spread chips out into a single layer. Top with cooked chorizo, cheese and Tres Hermanas Fire Roasted Bourbon Red Mexican Cooking Sauce. Broil until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Top with shredded lettuce, dollops of sour cream, pickled Jalapeños and Salsa Bandera.

Chef's Tips:
  • Substitute any other tasty meats for the chorizo, such as barbacoa or grilled chicken.
  • Add fresh cilantro sprigs or sliced olives to customize your nachos to your own taste.
