Cilantro-Lime Chicken Tacos

Ingredients:
Amount
Roasted chicken, chopped
1 lb.
1 pouch
1¼ cups
Roasted corn, off the cob
½ cup
Queso fresco cheese, crumble
3 tbsp.
Radish, matchstick
4½ tbsp.
Cilantro, chopped
2 ¼ tsp.
Six-inch flour tortillas

Directions:
  1. In a 2-qt saucepot, add chicken and Tres Hermanas Cilantro Lime Verde Mexican Cooking Sauce. Bring to a simmer.
  2. Warm tortillas in a preheated sauté pan, grill, or in microwave with damp paper towel on top for 30 seconds.
  3. Place about ¼ cup of chicken on each tortilla, and top each taco with 2 tbsp. of rice, 1 tbsp. of corn, 1 tsp. of cheese, ½ tbsp. of radish and ¼ tsp. of cilantro.

Chef's Tips:
  • Use leftover rotisserie chicken or leftover Salsa Verde Roasted Chicken for these quick and easy tacos.
  • Feel free to use your favorite ingredients for topping your chicken tacos.
